Tentative Workout Schedule
Mon: 25ish min bike, abs & upper body
Tues: 30min bike, 30ds, butt & legs
Wed: 20ish min bike, 30ds, abs & upper body
Thurs: 30min bike, 30 ds, legs
Fri: 20ish min bike, 30 ds, arms & back
Sat: 30min bike, 30ds, total body
Sun: 20ish min bike, 30 ds, yoga
20 min bike days sub: 60 min swim (with bike to pool), or 20 min run.
Optional run with the dog if weather/energy of one or both of us permit.
All strength will either be 20-30min weights or 2 POP Pilates videos depending on time, etc.
Daily stretch, 10 min.

I’m gonna print this and tape it next to my tv.
This is an excellent idea! I normally do crunches, but great for variety!
