Today’s pilates destruction!
Today I did these! They were KILLER and Cassey kicks my butt. Best online videos I’ve done yet are hers. They’re hard as a mother but the time goes by so fast I always am immediately ready to do at least one more video, or a repeat. Seriously guys, if you don’t know about these, get acquainted!!
